The application deadline is the 20th of the month.

Applications will be accepted at the next Infrastructure Council meeting, which is normally the first Wednesday of the month.

The application will then be sent to the appropriate technical review committee which will make a recommendation to the Funding or Consolidation committees. They will in turn make a recommendation to the full Infrastructure Council. This process takes 30 days.

The Infrastructure Council will make a recommendation at its following meeting.
